Southeast Birth to Three Connections


Southeast Birth to Three Connections serves the counties of Clay, Lincoln, Union, and Yankton. Holly NethMissy Witkop and Lisa Kolb are the Service Coordinators who work to help families access services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and also for related family needs.
The purpose and goals of Southeast Birth to Three Connections are:
  • To develop, coordinate and provide identification and evaluation services for children birth to age 3 and their families.
  • To coordinate health, social and educational services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
  • To develop and support interagency relationships and promote coordinated comprehensive services for families and communities.
Services provided for qualified children and families include, but are not limited to:
  • Developmental screening services
  • Comprehensive assessment and early intervention services
  • Monitoring and follow-up evaluation services
  • Point of contact access to area services
  • Family services coordinator
  • Parent education
