We recommend that you keep on top of installing all updates to your computer. Also – please install and use Avast for PC protection. The link is here:

Here is what to do first if you have having trouble with your computer: Restart the computer if you have not already done so.


If you feel that you may have picked up some malware on your computer. You may want to download, install and run Malwarebytes. This piece of software does a good job of finding and removing malware from your computer. You will sometimes have to run and update it in Safe Mode.
